Dr. Umar Haque
D.D.S
Dr. Haque graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Illinois and the University of Chicago. He has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years and is the author of Dental 101: The 101 Factors You Should Know Before Going to the Dentist.
Dr. Haque taught at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine for four years. He completed the Dawson Academy Curriculum, the Implant Seminars Continuum and Masters Series, and earned a Fellowship, Masters, and Diplomate with the American Dental Implant Association, as well as a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He continues to pursue advanced education and is currently earning a Master’s Degree in Prosthodontics at the University of Siena in Italy.
Dr. Haque is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Association, the West Suburban Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, and CMDS. Beyond dentistry, Dr. Haque serves as an Executive Board Member of the Three Fires Council, Scouting America.
Dr. Haque is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health and confident, healthy smiles. He believes in combining advanced clinical training with compassionate care to create a comfortable and personalized experience for every patient.
When he isn’t working, Dr. Haque enjoys spending time with his family, working out, 3D printing, DIY projects, woodworking, writing, photography, and playing soccer
