Siraj Haque

Office Manager

I have been the Office Manager here at Oak Brook Smiles since March of 2007. I am also Dr. Haque’s wife! I have a background in biomedical engineering and worked in the biotech field for a number of years before entering the dental field. I'm very passionate about dental practice management. Leading a wonderful and caring team of dental health professionals and administrative staff is what I enjoy most about my career in dentistry. I’ve even strengthened my skills with a certification from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School Executive Management Program for Dentists.

My husband and I have two wonderful children, Maaz and Sana. I enjoy spending my time with them as much as possible. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and exercising. I also spend a lot of time volunteering with several community service organizations.

Anel Cardenas

Patient Coordinator

I have been working at Oak Brook Smiles since August 2016. After graduating from the College of DuPage in 2012, I began my dental career as a dental assistant, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care and gained a true appreciation for helping people feel comfortable and confident during their visits. I then transitioned into my current role as patient coordinator. I enjoy making every visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether I'm helping schedule appointments, answering questions, coordinating treatment, or simply offering a warm smile, I strive to ensure each patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Building lasting relationships with our patients is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I’m a new resident of Lake County and have enjoyed exploring what my new community has to offer. Outside of the office, I love traveling with my fiancée, camping and spending time with my nieces and nephews, who I adore so much.

Agnes Farin

Dental Hygienist

I have been working in the dental field since 1997. I have advanced from laboratory technician through dental assistant and finally to dental hygienist. I graduated from the College of DuPage Dental Hygiene Program in May 2009 and joined the Oak Brook Smiles family in May 2011. I am very passionate about making my patients feel comfortable and at ease while visiting our dental center. I always encourage open communication with my patients and provide gentle care. I value education and I enjoy sharing information and tips that promote oral and systemic health. I have taken many continuing education courses in areas that include laser gum therapy, local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and periodontal therapy.

I was born and raised in Poland and came to the United States in 1996. I am married to my college sweetheart, and we have two beautiful daughters and a precious son. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family either playing or sightseeing and trying new recipes that my family can enjoy!

Iliana Rodriguez

Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant at Oak Brook Smiles since 2012 and graduated from the Illinois School of Health Careers. I love helping patients feel confident in their smiles and strive to make every visit comfortable and welcoming. I enjoy working with our incredible team and providing exceptional care using the latest dental technology.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and trying new restaurants.

Callie Sedlacek

Patient Coordinator/Social Media

I joined the Oak Brook Smiles team in March 2026 and immediately felt right at home. With over 10 years of customer service experience and a passion for social media since 2020, I love creating content that not only showcases our office but also gives patients a chance to get to know the people behind the smiles in a fun, authentic way.

Outside of work, my husband and I recently bought our first home in Warrenville. When we're not settling into homeownership, you can usually find us searching for the area's best sushi spot or taking our dog, Bosco, on our next adventure.
